Daily Duties at Roadrunner/Dawes:

To coordinate and give instruction to all workers associated with dock, office personnel, drivers, and maintenance staff while also motivating and giving directions on proper loading and unloading techniques to ensure that freight is being handled in a safe timely damage-free manor that utilizes the full trailer cube and some other duties that also include: training new employees; planning line haul; manifesting bill of ladings; and keep track of daily terminal operation cost.
