Daily Duties at R+L Carriers:
To oversee and coordinate all phases of terminal operations including drivers, dock workers and clerical personnel. Utilized excellent team building and communication skills to drive successful outcomes in productivity and workflow. Other duties also include: training new employees; planning line haul; manifesting bill of ladings; kept track of daily terminal operation cost; ensuring deadlines are met
