Daily Duties at Utell:

Revenue and Yield Representative November 2001- April 2003 Review/Evaluate accounts and prepare recommendations to assist in the opportunity for increased revenues. Prepare Business Assessments to disseminate to the client of current revenue standing and opportunities for increased profits. Conduct online phone training sessions of NetRez to new and existing clients’. Run and evaluate Excessive Close-out reports. Provide operational advice and counsel to high revenue accounts. Work with Member Service Managers on monthly productivity and to maintain their high revenue status. Support marketing efforts to promote loading of rates and inventory Administrative Assistant - Reservations May 1999- October 2001 Provided administrative support for the Reservations Manager including: Assisted in the planning and implementation of employee incentive programs. Tracked and maintained employee information and generated statistical reports. Streamlined relationships with clients and facilitated on-site visits and demonstrations. Monitored hourly employees’ attendance records. Interacted daily with internal and external professional contacts. Provided back-up assistance answering the phone at the front desk. Attended regular meetings and distributed minutes to supervisors Supervisor - Communications Liaison August 1997 – April 1999 Answered all incoming calls from hoteliers worldwide. Answered questions and resolved concerns with guest reservations. Supervised and assisted with the data entry documentation of client files. Relayed messages to travel agents through the global distribution systems (GDS.). Delegated new customer files and assigned duties to employees Hotel Liaison/Automated Help Desk April 1996 - July 1997 Answered all incoming customer service calls from reservation agents. Clarified hotel information and amended system records when applicable. Managed and protected the interests of the client regarding future arrivals. Located and secured reservations to alternate properties as needed. Researched customer concerns and responded quickly with satisfactory resolutions. Served as an effective liaison between the hoteliers and guests
