Daily Duties at Prime Therapeutics:
Responsible for the presentation and development of a Contact Center Team consisting of 10 – 25 employees; Develop and coach direct reports towards ongoing in individual development in multi-channel customer service, which includes daily performance monitoring. Develop and coach direct reports to systematically assure the highest possible quality and the lowest possible data entry error factor. Create, develop, recommend and implement recognition and incentive programs to improve morale, customer service performance and employee retention. Monitors the performance of direct reports on a continuous basis and reviews performance with individuals on an as-required basis. Counsels, recommends and implements appropriate management steps up to and including termination.
