Promoted within one year to lead a pilot program offering an alternative to Juvenile Court hearings that engaged the parties in the resolution of issues. Sought grant funding, expanded program participation, and worked with local and state stakeholders to implement the program statewide. Supervised 200 cases, consistently maintaining a 95% success rate of cases mediated. Successfully secured $250,000 in grant funding for the continuation of the program. Increased the number of cases referred to the program by 10%.
