Daily Duties at National Auto Warranty Services:

Accounts payables for five companies. I audit invoices and enter into the Great Plains system for payment. Correspond with vendors from all different backgrounds to maintain good relationships with vendors. Print payables checks for each of the companies on a weekly basis. Balance intercompany accounts. Prepare expenditure reports for Controller and CFO of company.
