In charge of development of 5 mixed use complexes totaling 680,000 s.f., valued at $120 million, including a green building (solar water heated and photovoltaic technologies) Reviewed pre-construction studies and project set-up for submission to local planning commission Oversaw design development with architects and contractors to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule Managed the preparation of marketing materials Prepared quarterly financial forecasts Responsible for the sustainability strategy of the company
