• Got promoted in January of 2007 from Shift manager to Assistant Manager • Responsible for bowling center – supervising employees, delegating tasks, overseeing cleanliness and customer service • Responsible for nightly paperwork – counting safe, figuring totals for the day and how much cash registers are over/under, counting cash and making deposit, printing reports and entering information into computer. • Customer service – out on the “floor” speaking with customers • Run cash register and answer phones • Scheduling • Inventory • Training
