I was in the customer call center where I took orders , helped with tracing orders, i transfered to the dropship department wher i traced orders contacted vendors and cusomers alike to handle problems or issues, I also had the opportunity to work in the data entry depaetment where I changed prices, keyin the catalog into the mainframe and all other special needs as required by my company.
