Daily Duties at Sprint/Nextel:

Customer Account Representative • Work with Nextel Sales Representatives in successfully managing 180 accounts in Albany market, including New York state government accounts and corporate accounts, representing 8,600 units. • Assist customers with identifying and resolving billing and system issues in timely, positive manner. • Determine customer’s individual needs prior to sale, follow-up after sale, and level of customer support. • Train and support customers and partners in understanding Nextel billing system and formats. • Collaborate with Nextel Strategic Teams, Corporate Account Managers, and Government Account Managers to identify potential issues, recommend resolutions, and present ideas for improving customer service / satisfaction. • Create open line of communication with customers, instilling trust and confidence in Nextel products. • Follow up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and coach sales reps in resolving escalations. • Built relationships and access to internal departments and individuals to resolve account / billing issues.
