Daily Duties at Create Hope:

Junior Developer • Worked in a distributed team environment on various internal and external projects. • Assisted in the creation of end user training documentation that was presented to clients via their Client Managers. • Utilized industry best practices with regards to analyzing business requirements insuring solutions fit company architecture and infrastructure. • Updated GivingStation, a charitable web portal application existing code via ColdFusion. • Created new functionality program components to the GivingStation based on feature enhancement requests. • Utilized SQL to run weekly and daily reports for various external client portals. • Ensured data integrity of charity nonprofit database as well as provided support and maintenance of new and existing GivingStation portals. • Resolved internal technical requests for software updates and bug fixes.
