Daily Duties at Hecht’s:
Trainer • Provided register training to all new associates. • Responsible to ensuring new associates provided outstanding customer service by meeting customer needs. • Ensured that all new associates adhered to proper safety and hazard procedures. • Served as mentor to new associates, walking sales floor after training to ensure ease of register use as well as verifying training principles were being utilized. • Provided outstanding customer service to internal as well as external customers.
