Daily Duties at Health Scribe:
Scribes Software Support • Utilized outstanding customer service and communication skills to assist day-to-day client phone calls and email requests relating to Scribes Online. • Utilized Team Leader Monitor and Report Monitor utilities to monitor jobs status for the various Practice Anywhere Group Accounts. • Created and modified new or existing Scribes account as needed. • Utilized Oracle SQL 8.0 to identify and correct problems with production data. • Determined nature and severity of problems conveying information to appropriate individuals and departments as required. • Logged into TightNC Viewer application to diagnose and/or remedy job failures. • Coordinated activities with Team Leaders ensuring that priority request were completed within required turn around time requirements. • Ensured Practice Anywhere Group database integrity by checking periodically for record duplication.
