Daily Duties at Edp Legal Services:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the President, Operations Manager and all Sales Managers. Solely responsible for wage garnishments, bank levies, and out-of-state Service of Process. Maintain and generate paperwork related to sales reports, proposals, purchasing reports, and client project records. Preparation of legal documents in Legal Solutions database including county forms and legal pleadings. Provide status reports on all court filings and Service of Process. Accounts Payable and Receivable, invoicing and record keeping of cost account daily. Payroll tax preparation. Insure immediate response to all status inquiries by client. Record research. Data entry and client/vendor database maintenance. Handle multiple simultaneous projects.
