Daily Duties at New Horizons Clc, Inc.:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Sr. VP of Global Franchise Operations, VP of North American Franchise Support, Director of Operations and entire Global Franchise Operations department. Prepare national and international travel arrangements. Update and distribute key reports, including internal scorecards and field support tracking forms, among others. Compose and edit presentations. Coordinate all customer complaint issues received through Global Franchise Operations department. Compile and prepare statistical data. Process expense reports for field support teams, as well as other accounting forms, such as Purchase Orders, check requests, vacation requests, etc. Assist with the organization and execution of department events, including team meetings and weekly online team meetings. Serve on company’s Social Committee, practicing in the organization and execution of company social projects and events.
