Daily Duties at Capital Pacific Homes:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the VP of Sales and Marketing and entire Sales and Marketing department. Manage the escrow flow process throughout the life of a contract. Liaison between Sales and escrow/title companies. Serve as primary point of contact for department. Responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating managers’ schedules. Interpret departmental policies and procedures, making decisions on specific operating problems and issuing instructions in the name of the departmental and divisional head. Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries. Create contract agreements for each salesperson upon hiring, change of community, title, or salary/commission. Ensure that all salespeople’s RE licenses are active and current. Coordinate all customer complaint issues received through Sales and Marketing department. Process and reconcile sales commissions and bonuses. Maintain databases for department. Website maintenance.
