Daily Duties at Gx Creative Communication:
Manage two Managing Partners, including calendar and correspondence. Support creative team by managing RFQs, vendors and proofs. Maintain books for 3 separate companies. Act as landlord for the tenants in the building. Manage 3 interns and workflow. Responsible for archiving system. Maintain client websites, client invoicing, client and vendor relations. Development and maintenance of company contact and digital assets databases. Track proposals and projects to completion.
