Daily Duties at Hometeam Pest Defense:
Responsible for the operations of the administrative front office with 7 CSR direct reports. Act as liaison between Corporate Human Resources and the branch, advising employees of benefits, counsel and coach team, and training. Handle all escalated Customer Service issues. Responsible for operating budget of $700,000 with direct responsibility for G&A budget, payroll preparation and approval, and administration. Make daily deposits in excess of $10,000 per day, maintain all daily/weekly/monthly financial reports, and have responsibility for route completion to meet revenue goals. Responsible for managing collections, customer service call center, AP/AR and other duties as assigned.
