Daily Duties at Planet #:

• Train crew members in accordance with company policy • Bilingual (Spanish/English – fluent oral and written) for our clients, consumers in the United States • Attend to the warehouse shipping and delivering needs • Ensure that Return Authorization requests are promptly attended to, record and supply the Authorization information • Track and record Proof of Delivery • Assist consumers with product assembly • Multi-task, balancing the needs of the warehouse with clerical responsibilities
