Daily Duties at Bayport Community Action League:

• Design all marketing materials including signage, brochures, newspaper ads and t-shirts using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and the internet • Coordinate all volunteers, vendors, and venues making sure that the event is up to quality standards and all details have been arranged • Organize and run events, schedule events, make marketing decisions per budget restraints, assist with meeting facilitation and brainstorm ideas of events and activities to benefit the community as much as possible • Manage all finances and budgets for events using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
