Daily Duties at Swisslog Translogic/Express Personnel:

Faxing Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors. • Calling vendors for updates on POs, expediting POs, re-ordering a PO, etc. •Creating an organized system to handle the heavy flow of POs that were created and changed throughout the course of a week; and later filing the POs. • Working in SAP to update POs, as well as update information on materials/parts within those POs. • Taking stock of office supplies (i.e. toner cartridges for the entire building), and ordering office supplies that are needed. • Calling in for service/repair of copiers/printers within the building. • Entering in the ‘Labor Tickets’ of those working in the shop on the Production side of the company via SAP. • Printing drawings for Production. • Issuing/Receiving Goods (parts and materials) used in Production via SAP. • Answering phones at the main/front desk and directing calls accordingly.
