-Currently co-supervisor of 8 employees -Perform a variety of communication functions including, but not limited to, operating telephone/switchboard/paging systems, general secretarial duties, data entry, technical support, and posting customer payments -Maintain professional but friendly attitude when handling calls at Answering Service -Utilize various computer programs such as TasPro, Excel, Word, and Access -Complete a number of supervisor reports that go directly to the owner of the business -Complete monthly work schedule for employees of Oxford Answerphone -Responsible for training all new employess of Answerphone -Maintain filing system for NetVoice, Inc. -Assists Bookeeper with Accounting -Creates and distributes marketing materials for NetVoice, Inc. -Assits with technical issues
