Daily Duties at Rehrig Penn Logistics:

Supervisor: • Developed and implemented warehouse inventory form, and associate accountability form to keep a more efficient record and help isolate and identify potential procedural changes to improve the intake and shipment of product while maintaining quality and statistic at appropriate levels of cost/man hours efficiency. • Maintaining accurate inventory records of stock, tools, and supplies, and reporting reorder and repair requests to the Plant manager. • Reorganized work cell for reclamations area and brought an 85% improvement in appearance, efficiency, and work safety. Built and implemented the use of mobile sorter table to assist in the improvement of production levels. Safety Coordinator: • Overseeing personnel adherence to all safety rules, procedures and regulations. • Implemented systematic warehouse safety checklist for supervisors on a daily rotating schedule. • Reporting and investigating of all incident/accident occurrences. • Maintained first aid supplies, and addressed pest control issues with pest control service. • Scheduled the testing and certification of equipment, tools, and operators. Maintained equipment and personnel certification files. • Held monthly safety committee meetings, and warehouse safety talks. • Communicate any policy changes or concerns to Regional Safety Manager.
