Daily Duties at United Way Of Northwest Florida:
Maintain schedules and calendars for executive staff; travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; Schedule, attend, and maintain minutes for various committee and Board of Directors meetings; type, edit, and distribute correspondence from president to include letters, emails, reports, training manuals; attend and assist with campaign presentations at kickoff of campaign; assist with recruiting and hiring efforts for staff; maintain leave data for employees; weekly and monthly statistical and financial reports for Board Chair and President of campaign status and data; data entry and reconciliation of all pledge information received for a $2.5 million budget; bulk mailouts; preparation of flyers, advertisements, letters, blast emails, and other campaign data; tracking of incoming and outgoing pledges and campaign packets for corporate campaigns; planning of events to include City wide Campaign Kickoff Celebrations, Final Report Breakfast, and fundraising events;
