Created, managed and grew an information management consulting practice in Atlanta for Platinum Technologies, the world's tenth largest software company prior to its acquisition by Computer Associates. Acquired and managed multiple concurrent client engagements for Fortune 500 companies and government clients. Developed superior recruiting and associate development programs that resulted in extremely low employee turnover. Selected Contributions included: Grew a consulting practice from 0 to 55 associates with annual revenue of $2 million in less than two years; Expanded the Southeast territory to include South America and the Caribbean; Wrote a best practices manual that served as the basis for a company wide program.
