Duties included researching and documenting market requirements, as well as managing the development, roll-out, marketing, training, and customer service of an the Internet portal product. Defined product marketing collateral and programs. Maintained communication with management to ensure marketing activities aligned with business goals. Lead, trained and supported the sales teams.
