Daily Duties at Align Chiropractic Center:
• Provide marketing material for the office to attract new clients • Schedule patient appointments and business meetings for the Doctor and staff • Create presentations for meetings and monthly incentives for patients • Keep office in order and organize/update patient files for easy access • Perform insurance billing duties through Medisoft in an orderly manner • Prepare documents of notification to keep billing updated • Assist with chiropractic modalities to ensure quick appointments • Print, fax, and copy needed materials for the upcoming day • Answer a multiline phone system to ensure every person is responded to • Deal with insurance company’s on a daily basis to ensure patients needs are met as well as the company’s needs • Order and keep inventory on necessary office materials
