Daily Duties at Bon Appetit:
Processed on-line catering orders, preparing production packets used for ordering and for office referral, catering production, and catering staff, taking care of special care clients needs and special requests for high volume unit Office duties included answering phones, filing, basic bookkeeping, billing, end of week procedures, light menu planning and catering proposals, food and product ordering, handling invoices, rentals; main liaison between vendors, catering production and clients Maintain excellent customer service skills helpful with kitchen staff and clients in high pressure environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
