Daily Duties at Lucent Technologies:
Trained, administered, lead and supervised team consisting of 10-20 agents. Oversaw and coordinated the day-to-day provisioning activity insuring compliance with operating standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Scheduled and allocated work assignments. Served as liaison for internal and external customers in resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational issues. Interview, hire and trained agents. Maintained employee records for semi-annual and annual reviews. Developed and maintained workflow processes, job aids, and databases to insure customer established Service Level Agreements, metrics and billing were successfully accomplished. Job duties included analysis, isolation and resolution of customer troubles and/or escalation to appropriate support organization. Performed 5ESS voice translations for business lines Centrex ISDN and PRI services. Responsible for completing orders and resolving troubles within established SLA’s and providing superior customer service.
