Daily Duties at Dish Network:

Analysis of Work Force Management System (WFMS) and phone routing needs throughout the DISH Network Services (DNS) Dispatch and Field organizations. Work with multiple departments and cross functional teams to collect data and identify opportunities for improved customer/user experiences and cost reduction. Responsible for measuring performance of DNS Dispatch department including report development, documenting business requirements and managing system configuration changes. Dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments. Prepare daily work orders and distribute to service crew on a daily basis. Schedule service calls and dispatch mobile crews. Answer and route incoming customer calls to the correct locations to ensure customer satisfaction
