Daily Duties at Golden State Financial:
Loan Processor Responsibilities:· Answer Phones in an Upbeat, Professional, and Timely Manner.· Ensure files are following the proper flow in time allotted: Intro calls to Borrowers, Order Appraisals, Open Title and Escrow, Satisfy Conditions, Draw Loan Docs, Signing, Funding, Etc…· Input applications into POINT Program.· Check files before submission: Double check income, DTI, 1003, SSN's, Spelling of names, Credit Report, check every document in the file to make sure everything is accurate and matches before submission.· Obtains mortgage loan documentation such as: appraisal, title, and related information as applicable and Submits to Underwriting to satisfy all PTD and PTF conditions in order to Draw Up Loan Docs.· Submit brokered files to investors and follow up with approvals.· Prepares closing documents and coordinate signings.Personal Assistant Responsibilities:· Handling all Personal/Professional errands: Coffee-Runs, Organizing Daily Planner, Booking All Flights, Arranging Dinner Reservations, etc.· Attending Meetings to take notes and creating as Word Documents.· Assisting with Trainings (Speaking, Handing out New Material, Ordering in food for Loan Officers, etc.)
