Client Roll Program for Cendant Employees at 3 locations – Installed and setup new IBM, Dell Desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice and Laptops. Install Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and install local or network printers. Connect the machines to the network, copy over there data to a network drive. Maintain network and local printers for the buildings, change rollers, toner cartridges, cleared paper jams and networking issues. Provide system analysis, installation and administration for Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Office 95 through 2003, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft FrontPage and Adobe Acrobat.
