Daily Duties at Physician's Health Choice:

• Assisting the Business Development Consultant with various tasks and projects • Maintaining the Business Development Consultant’s calendar • Developing and preparing documents such as letters, reports, memos, agendas, spreadsheets, and various presentations • Assisting the Area Sales Coordinator daily with the initial processing of applications • Organizing and maintaining sales material • Scheduling appointments and meetings for various employees, as well as organizing catering of breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed • Acting as the liaison between the Austin office and San Antonio corporate office • Maintaining and ordering supplies and office equipment • Acting as the liaison to building management • Various clerical duties (copying, filing, faxing, etc.) • Answering the main phone line when needed, and greeting any walk-in customers
