• Performed clerical duties – made files and filed paperwork, answered phone calls, made copies, checked service department time sheets • Filled in for the Dispatcher and performed duties such as maintaining the service call schedules of up to 12 service technicians, scheduled service calls for the rest of the day and throughout the week, maintained communication with the rest of the service department and the supervisors
