Daily Duties at Geauga Lake & Wild Water Kingdom:
• Maintained the safety and well-being of guests and crew members on the oldest wooden rollercoaster in Ohio • Assured all safety precautions had been taken and the ride had been thoroughly tested when preparing the ride for guests each day and that all appropriate documentation was completed and filed properly • Assured all safety precautions had been taken and the ride had been properly shut down before leaving each night and that all appropriate documentation was completed and filed properly • Handled and assessed any customer complaints that may have aroused and directed them to the appropriate area and people so that their situation could be handled in a timely and appropriate fashion • Prepared weekly work schedules and daily break schedules and ensured the schedules were followed through smoothly
