Utilize data management tools such as CRM/c360 to optimize sales, marketing and customer loyalty Perform multi-functional role, assisting both the Sales and Professional Services departments with supporting major clients, including: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Nortel, Motorola and Sprint with logistics and database management. Coordinate domestic and international travel Compile weekly and monthly reports (e.g. invoicing, A/R detail, evaluation averages and time clock tracking and expense) from various databases: QuickBooks, TMS, Time Report Planning and implementing functions including quarterly departmental meetings and other catering Manage all front desk operations from answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing outgoing mail, overseeing inter-ofc scheduling of conference rooms and LCD equipment and ordering office supplies
