Managed multiple large budget residential projects simultaneously. Daily updates to clients and firm owner giving complete synopsis of project status. Maintained professionalism and earned clients trust and respect with each stage of the projects. Entered specifications, created proposals and issued purchase orders for everything purchased through the firm. Hired and managed all contractors and sub-contractors throughout each stage of construction. Daily focus on keeping project with in budget and on schedule. Responsible for resolving all escalated issues related to design projects. Coordinated and managed installations and deliveries for all clients and managed onsite work at high profile client homes. Regularly composed routine correspondence for the company and maintained a Microsoft Project spreadsheet for each client/project.
