Daily Duties at Precision Senior Marketing:

• Supervising three administrative staff – a licensing specialist, an agent services administrator, and an office assistant • Scrubbing and processing contracts on a daily basis • Resolving all agent contracting issues efficiently and accurately • Entering data into the ACT! database management system on a daily basis • Maintaining various daily and monthly reports • Assisting the President and Vice President of the company with various tasks and projects • Gathering and processing all paperwork for new employees, as well as maintaining all HR paperwork on all employees • Maintaining the President’s expense report • Answering a 12-line phone • Organizing and maintaining office supplies • Acting as the liaison to building management and all other outside companies
