Daily Duties at Equifirst:

* Account Manager/ Underwriter (Mar 2007-June 2007) Underwrite loan files adhering to company published guidelines and procedures and clearly document all decision-making and thought process on each loan. Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage time effectively, work with deadlines, and perform in a fast paced environment. Possess and exhibit excellent customer service skills through routine interaction with mortgage brokers, Account Executives and co-workers *Loan Closer (July 2006- Mar 2007) Prepare closing packages and send to approved Closing Agents. Verify all wiring instructions and perform data entry required to generate loan documents Serve as the contact person to the Broker, internal employees and Closing Agents. *HUD Review/ Post Closing Auditor(May 2005- July 2006) Responsible for reviewing, correcting and funding of refinance and purchase loans using the HUD 1 Settlement Statement Make sure priority funding meets specified deadlines. Setup closed loan files and audit them according to Investor, State, Federal and Equifirst guidelines. *HUD Review/ Post Closing Funding Admin.(Sept 2004- May 2005) Log in receipt of closed loan files and file them. Follow up with the internal branches and the closing agents for the closed loans that are outstanding. Process loans that did not close and return the file back to operations. Reserve wire funds for all loans funding that day. Provide assistance with help desk calls.
