Daily Duties at Magnum Staffing:
• Entered all new employees into the system, confirmed pay rates and hours worked with clients. • Called Social Security Administration to verify social security numbers, ran background checks using the Texas DPS crime record service, and administered drug tests to new hires. • Processed payroll for all temporary employees out of the Northwest office, processed any transportation deductions, overtime pay, and child support deductions • Assisted in the day-to-day operations of the office and recently became a Certified Staffing Specialist
