I. Real Estate Advisor. Duties included: a. Manage a portfolio of trust real estate assets b. Analyze each real estate asset to maximize total return c. Outline steps to be taken to enhance the asset’s value and/or marketability d. Perform environmental due diligence and inspection of real estate e. Negotiate new leases and lease extensions f. Review ad valorem property tax valuations g. Review legal documents to confirm powers h. Analyze property liability insurance to ensure adequate coverage on the real estate asset i. Generate extraordinary fiduciary fees II. Trust Real Estate Assistant. Duties included: a. Provided direct administrative support to Managing Director and 3 Real Estate Advisors b. Processed all real estate paperwork, i.e. wills, settlement statements, 1031 exchanges, deeds and bills c. Communicated directly with clients and vendors d. Research and special projects e. Audit compliance f. Site evaluation
