Daily Duties at Snell & Wilmer:
Responsible for the daily scanning, editing and posting of timesheets for over 350 timekeeping employees; upkeep of extensive filing system; data entry of daily costs incurred by 4 office locations; research and provide back-up documentation for any costs in question; open and distribute mail; update and distribute bi-monthly hours reports and Lotus reports for the Executive Director; maintain client confidentiality; and any other duties asked of me.
