Daily Duties at Eagle County Government:
Responsible for handling between 280 to 350 child support cases open in Eagle County; Investigated leads to locate absent parents in order to establish paternity and enforce child support orders; enforcement included issuing of wage assignments to the absent parents’ employer, suspension of their driver’s license, credit bureau reporting, liens on property, garnishments, and any other means available to ensure that the absent parent complies with the court order.
