Daily Duties at West Star Bank:

Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing wires including accurately posting to accounts and daily balancing; Managing all aspects of debit cards including ordering, maintaining and closing them accurately and efficiently; Tailoring of department to adhere to compliance regulations; Daily settlement of Federal Reserve account and correspondent bank accounts including sale or purchase of Fed Funds at the best interest rate; Supervision of 3 employees; Management of monthly ATM profitability reports for executive officers; Monitoring of 21 ATM machines; Process all customer disputes for debit card transactions according to Regulation E; Customer service for 23 branches to effectively resolve problems for our customers; Other duties required by executive management; Managed the Research/Legal department as of December 2004 including handling garnishments, subpoenas, tax levies, check adjustments, research requests from customers, etc.
