File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor. Schedule shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealerships policy and technician skill level required. Prioritize and control all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention, and notify both the Shop Foreman and the Service Manager of any comebacks. Review hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assign work has been performed and the repair order had been completed properly. Open and close repair orders. Receive funds from customers and employees, disbursed funds, and recorded monetary transactions in business establishment or place of public accommodation. Receive callers at establishment, determined nature of business, and directed callers to destination.
