Daily Duties at The Appraisal Firm:
• Monitor and coordinate the office. • Manage all mail and shipment distribution. • Type and design all general correspondence memos, charts, tables, graphs and business plans. • Schedule and organize complex activities, travel, and conferences. • Organize and prioritize large volumes of confidential information and calls. • Responding promptly to requests for information by phone, fax and via e-mail. • Applying efficiency and judgment required in planning, prioritizing, and organizing diversified workload in a fast pace environment. • Knowledge in standard office equipment. • Performing all other duties assigned.
