Administrative Assistant (Jan 07-Oct 07): •Compiled information for and edited company-wide newsletter •Proofread documents created for other organizations •Created forms, flyers, memos for company-wide distribution •Phone-screened applicants and set up interviews •Attended job fairs as a representative of the company •Created and maintained spreadsheets •Placed and tracked orders •Various other projects and assignments Accounts Receivable Clerk/Payroll Clerk/Accounts Payable Assistant: •Apply payments to clients’ accounts •Reconcile and send daily deposit to the bank electronically •Enter and reconcile payroll •Complete sales use tax report, tax liability report, and call in employer’s tax •Assist/back up accounting manager with accounting and payables tasks •Help customers with questions about their accounts •Take credit card and check-by-phone payments •Assist/back up billing clerk
