Daily Duties at Labor Ready:
Accountable for branches overall achievement of week sales gross through successful operations by managing P&Ls. Maximizing profitability by reaching a diverse customer base through bricking, telemarketing. Training and mentoring my staff that consisted of customer service representatives, account representatives and temporary employees. Oversee the morning dispatching of temporary employees. Analyzing the worker requests and requirements, to provide best fit for the customer. Conducting customer site visits to ensure safety of work sites.
