Daily Duties at Dynaflex Products:

I was originally hired for a customer service position and to create a catalog for the automotive division of the company, I quickly advanced to the Engineering Department, where for the past 6 years I have worked quoting assorted projects for private label companies (such as your own) I have also acquired an in-depth knowledge and understanding of exhaust systems and muffler design and function. Within this position, the responsibilities included cost analysis, labor and material costing along with locating outside vendors for required components we did not make in-house. I worked directly under the company’s Vice-President, who depended on me to solve problems within the Engineering environment as well as with Customer Service. I have shown an ability to handle “problem customers” working with them to achieve a satisfactory solution.
