Project Manager Contractor: Project Manager for merging several systems into one system to provide a more holistic approach to behavioral health care. Responsible for developing the implementation plan (including training and rollout), internal and external communications, and maintaining the project management documentation repository. Create project and change management documentation, test WebCARE system, write and update technical manual, facilitate Electronic Data Transfer System transfers between community centers and Central Office, conduct technical status meetings, develop and maintain website for WebCARE and other DSHS documentation. Quickly learned online system (WebCARE) and became second-level support for Mental Health Field Support staff when issues require analysis. Work with programming staff to resolve system issues. Developed e-Learning application for WebCARE and NorthSTAR. Publish regular modification/release documents on Intranet. Act as point of contact for community centers and track programming initiatives, communicating resolutions to users. Track modification and report requests. Track and schedule modification/updates/reports to online system. Facilitate work group meetings to develop a "Fee for Service" system.
